What's New in Vyneron — June 2026: Labels, Dependencies, Kanban, Calendar Sync & More

Vyneron Team·

The last couple of weeks have been the busiest stretch of building in Vyneron's history — ten meaningful features shipped in a short window. This is the roundup: what's new, what it does, and who each one is for. Nothing here is vaporware; every feature below is live right now on the web app, the PWA, and (where it makes sense) Telegram.

Organize: labels, projects, and comments

Labels. You can now tag tasks, notes, and routines with structured, workspace-level labels. Each label gets an automatic color, you can filter by one or more labels at once, and you can group your tasks by label. Labels are managed centrally in Settings, and the AI can add or remove them by name — from the web app or Telegram.

Projects. Group related tasks, notes, and routines under a single project, then filter and switch between projects with a project picker. Routines inherit their project automatically. (This is the first, single-project MVP — broader team access controls are coming later.)

Comments. You can now leave comment threads on individual tasks and notes, so context and discussion stay attached to the work item instead of scattered across chats.

Plan: dependencies and a Kanban board

Task dependencies. Some tasks can't start until others finish. You can now set finish-to-start dependencies ("start Y when X is done"), including multiple blockers that all have to complete first. A dedicated Flows view shows the dependency chain, and a blocked task surfaces the moment its blockers are done. You can manage dependencies in plain language from both web chat and Telegram.

Kanban board. Prefer to see your tasks as columns instead of a list? There's now a board view — drag a task between columns to change its status. (Completing a task also resolves its dependents and subtasks.) Toggle between list and board whenever you like.

Connect: calendar sync and Telegram forwarding

One-way calendar feed (iCal). Subscribe to a read-only feed of your dated tasks and routines — holiday-adjusted — in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook. Set it up in Settings → Integrations. Full walkthrough: How to See Your Vyneron Tasks in Google, Apple & Outlook Calendar.

Telegram forward-to-task. Forward any Telegram message — from a person, a channel, or another bot — to the Vyneron bot, and turn it into a task or note in one tap. No copy-paste, no app switching. More here: Turn Any Telegram Message Into a Task.

Work anywhere, write richer notes

Offline mode. The installable PWA now works offline: read your existing tasks and notes with no connection, and create new ones into an offline queue that syncs automatically when you reconnect.

Markdown notes. Notes now support Markdown — headings, lists, checkboxes, and formatting — with a clean preview, so your notes can hold real structure instead of a wall of plain text.

Adjustable overdue reminders. You can now tune how soon a task counts as "overdue" with a soft grace period, so your reminders match how you actually work rather than a fixed deadline.

The thread tying it together

None of these change what Vyneron is at its core: a fast, AI-first task and note manager that lives in Telegram and respects real-world holidays in 250+ countries. These updates make it a more complete task and project tool — labels and projects to organize, dependencies and Kanban to plan, calendar sync and forwarding to connect — without losing the thing that makes it different: you can capture and find anything in seconds, from a messenger you already have open.
