At 11:40 on a Tuesday night I typed renew the car insurance into my own WhatsApp chat. That chat is where everything goes: links, a photo of where I parked, an address a friend sent me. Eleven days later I scrolled past the message while hunting for something else. The policy had already lapsed.
WhatsApp did exactly what it promised. It stored the text and kept it in order. It has no way of knowing that renew the car insurance is a thing with a deadline attached, and no reason to bring it back up on Friday morning.
TL;DR: Vyneron has been live on WhatsApp since 22 September 2026. Message the bot and what you write becomes a task, a note or a routine in the same workspace you use on the web, in Telegram and in Slack. Reminders come back as WhatsApp messages with Complete, +2h and +1d buttons. It handles text only. Voice notes and photos belong in Telegram or the web app.
Page one is mostly about managing other people
Search for a WhatsApp task bot in English and the results split into two piles.
The first pile is team software. Tasks.Bot is built around a manager handing out work, with attendance and leave tracking next to it. TaskRio turns WhatsApp messages into trackable team tasks. Both are aimed at someone watching a crew, which is a real job, just not the one most people are searching for at midnight.
The second pile is a recipe. n8n plus GPT-4 plus a Google Sheet, a dozen steps, and a workflow you now own and maintain. Any.do is the one result actually built for one person, offering tasks and reminders through its AI assistant.
What almost nobody in that space does is treat WhatsApp as one door into a list that already exists somewhere else. And nobody says out loud what the WhatsApp channel can't do.
What happens when you message the bot
Once your account is connected, you write to Vyneron at +90 542 187 88 10 the way you'd write to a person. Remind me to renew the car insurance Friday at nine. That becomes a task with a due date, and on Friday at nine the reminder arrives in the same chat with three buttons under it: Complete, +2h, +1d. One tap and the thing is done or moved. No app switch.
The same channel takes notes, sets up recurring routines, and answers questions about your own tasks, notes and files. It's the same engine behind Telegram and Slack, not a stripped-down cousin. When the bot needs a decision from you it adapts to WhatsApp's own limits: three options or fewer come back as reply buttons, four to ten come back as a list.
WhatsApp only lets a business reply freely for 24 hours after your last message. Outside that window, a reminder still reaches you, delivered through a Meta-approved template. Those templates are approved in all six languages the product speaks: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish and Russian. All 36 of them, measured on 10 September 2026.
The boundary: text only
| You send | What happens | Where it belongs instead |
|---|---|---|
| A typed message | Becomes a task with a due date, a note, or a routine | — |
| A typed question | Answered from your own tasks, notes and files | — |
| A voice note | Not processed. You get one short notice, at most once every 24 hours | Telegram or the web app |
| A photo or screenshot | Not processed. Same notice | Telegram or the web app, where photo and OCR work lives |
| A document or video | Not processed. Same notice | Telegram or the web app |
That notice is deliberately quiet: sending five voice notes in a row gets you one reply, not five.
This is where the post gets less flattering. WhatsApp handles text and nothing else today. If you're the kind of person who captures half your thoughts by holding the mic button, WhatsApp is the wrong door for those and Telegram is the right one. I'm not going to dress that up as a feature or promise a date. It's the current shape of the channel, stated plainly so you can decide whether it fits how you actually work.
Connecting it
Open Settings, then Integrations, then WhatsApp. Three ways in:
- Tap Open WhatsApp and the deep link fills in the message for you.
- Scan the QR code from another device.
- Save the number by hand and send
LINK-<code>yourself.
The link code lives for 10 minutes, then it's dead and you generate a new one. If you're setting up a fresh account, the same choice shows up during onboarding, where you pick Telegram or WhatsApp before you've created a single task. In our logs, your phone number is masked down to the last four digits.
There's no plan gate on any of this. WhatsApp is open on the free plan, next to unlimited tasks, notes and routines, Telegram and Slack, and 10 files of storage up to 50 MB.
Four doors, one list
The point isn't that WhatsApp is the best place to manage tasks. It's that the task you dropped there at 11:40pm is the same task you'll see on your laptop the next morning, the same one you can pull up from Telegram on the train, and the same one sitting in your Slack workspace during the workday. The list doesn't fork. You just use whichever door is already open on your screen.
If you want to run the AI side on your own key instead of ours, that's bring your own API key, and it works the same across every channel.
FAQ
Can I use Vyneron on WhatsApp for free?
Yes. WhatsApp has no plan gate, so it works on the free plan along with Telegram and Slack, unlimited tasks, notes and routines, and 10 files of storage up to 50 MB. AI is included for the first 7 days at 50 messages per day, and after that you can connect your own API key and keep using it without a cap.
Does Vyneron handle voice notes on WhatsApp?
No. The WhatsApp channel processes text only, and voice notes, photos, documents and videos aren't read. If you send one, the bot replies with a short notice pointing you to Telegram or the web app, and it sends that notice at most once every 24 hours rather than every time.
Will reminders still reach me if I haven't messaged the bot in days?
Yes. WhatsApp allows free-form replies for 24 hours after your last message, and outside that window reminders are delivered using Meta-approved templates. Those templates are approved in all six supported languages, so the reminder arrives in the language you use the product in.
Do tasks I create on WhatsApp show up in the web app?
Yes. WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack and the web app all write into the same workspace through the same engine. A task created by message has a due date, reminders and status exactly like one created by clicking, and editing it anywhere updates it everywhere.
