What you can do in Slack

• Capture in plain language. Send the bot a direct message like meeting tomorrow at 9 and it creates the task with the right date.
• Ask what is on your plate. what do I have today lists your open items.
• Work from a channel. Mention @Vyneron and it replies with a card the right people can act on.
• Use the slash command. /vyneron call the supplier tomorrow at 10 captures without leaving the conversation.
• Get reminded. Reminders arrive as a direct message when an item is due.
• Finish with one tap. Complete a task with the button on the card, or by adding a checkmark reaction to it.
• Six languages. English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish and Russian.

How to install

1. Create a Vyneron account at app.vyneron.com, or sign in if you already have one.
2. Open Settings, go to Integrations, and click Connect on the Slack card.
3. Pick the workspace you want, then click Allow. Slack sends you back to Vyneron and the card shows that you are connected.
4. Send a direct message to @Vyneron in Slack. To use it inside a channel, type /invite @Vyneron in that channel first.

You connect once. After that you just talk to the bot.

Why an account is needed

Vyneron is a workspace that also runs on the web and on Telegram. A message in Slack has to belong to someone, so the task lands in the right workspace and the reminder reaches the right person. Connecting your account is what makes that link.

What Vyneron can see

We ask for the narrowest set of permissions that makes the integration work, and nothing beyond it.

• Direct messages between you and the bot, because that is where you write your requests.
• Messages that mention @Vyneron in a channel the bot has been invited to.
• Reactions on the cards the bot itself posted, so a checkmark can complete a task.

We do not request access to channel history, files, or your workspace admin settings. Details are in the privacy policy.
