Akiflow costs $34 a month, or $19 a month if you pay for a year up front, which is a single $228 charge. There is no free plan, and the 7-day trial asks for a card. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically.
Prices checked on 7 November 2026 on each vendor's pricing page. Akiflow lists prices in US dollars; its FAQ says some countries get prices adjusted to local purchasing power, and checkout shows the price for your location.

Yearly billing saves $180 a year, which matches the "Save 44%" label on the pricing page.
The break-even point is seven months. Six months on monthly billing costs $204, less than $228. Seven months costs $238, more than $228. If you expect to keep Akiflow past month seven, yearly is cheaper.
What the plan includes
Akiflow sells one paid plan, Pro. The FAQ is explicit about the name: Pro, not Premium. Monthly and yearly billing get the same plan. According to the pricing page, Pro includes:
- tasks and subtasks
- calendar planning and meetings
- integrations and what Akiflow calls "power features"
- Aki, its AI executive assistant
- a hosted Akiflow MCP Connector
- a free 1:1 onboarding call
The page doesn't state a usage limit for Aki, so we can't tell you how much AI use the price covers.
What costs extra
The AI Meeting Assistant is an optional add-on at $19 a month. It records meetings, transcribes them, writes a summary and lists action items. If you cancel it, you keep read-only access to your transcripts for 30 days.
On monthly billing, Pro plus the meeting assistant comes to $53 a month. Akiflow doesn't publish a yearly price for the add-on. If it's billed at $19 a month alongside a yearly Pro plan, the year costs $456, double the plan on its own.
Discounts
- Akiflow's FAQ says students and researchers get a lifetime 40% discount on Pro Yearly after verifying an academic email. That brings the year to about $137.
- For other discounts, the pricing card says "Get in touch for exclusive discounts" and points to support@akiflow.com.
- The pricing page sometimes shows a countdown coupon, with a lower promo number over the crossed-out $19. It comes and goes, so treat $19 a month on yearly billing as the standing rate.
Team pricing
Akiflow doesn't publish one. The pricing page says team plans are handled directly by Akiflow, which means talking to their sales team. We won't guess a per-person figure.
Canceling
The path is Settings > Account > Manage Account > Billing > Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for: the end of the month on monthly billing, the end of the yearly term on yearly. There's no pause option. Deleting your account also cancels the subscription.
On refunds, Akiflow's pricing page and help center say you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period; we found no published refund terms, so check before paying $228 up front.
Why other sites show different numbers
Coupon banners show different discounted prices on different days, older pages may list long-term plans that the current pricing page doesn't show, and local pricing changes the number at checkout. If a page doesn't say when it checked, open akiflow.com/pricing yourself.

On yearly billing, Akiflow costs $24 more than Sunsama and $48 more than Morgen. On monthly billing it's $34 against $22 and $30, which puts Akiflow at the expensive end of this group.

Who it's worth it for
Akiflow collects items from many apps into one inbox and lets you block them onto your calendar. It earns its price if your work arrives from email, chat and several project tools, and you time-block your day. It's harder to justify if your tasks arrive in one or two places or you mostly need a list and reminders, because you'd be paying for consolidation you don't use. If you don't need calendar blocking
Vyneron doesn't block time on your calendar, plan your day, sync two ways, or automatically pull in your email and Slack messages. If those are why you're looking at Akiflow, it isn't a replacement.
