Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Vyneron is a SaaS productivity platform that provides:

• Task and note management with AI-powered assistance
• Recurring task (routine) scheduling with bank holiday awareness
• Telegram bot integration for mobile reminders and task creation
• AI chat assistant for natural language task management
• Team collaboration features (multi-user workspaces)

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may sign up with email/password or Google OAuth.
• Each user belongs to one workspace (company). You may join an existing workspace via an invite link or create your own upon registration.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Vyneron.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Free: Core features with daily AI message limits. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) available for unlimited AI usage.
• Pro: Monthly subscription — unlimited AI, OCR, voice features, team members, and priority support.
• Lifetime: One-time payment — all Pro features permanently, including future updates.

Prices are listed on our website and may change. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect their plan. Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy.

4. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

You may provide your own API key (e.g., Google AI Studio) to use AI features without plan restrictions. When using BYOK:

• You are responsible for your API key's usage and associated costs with the provider.
• We store your key securely and use it solely to process your AI requests.
• We are not responsible for third-party API outages, rate limits, or charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others
• Attempt to access other users' data or workspaces
• Abuse AI features (e.g., prompt injection, automated scraping, generating harmful content)
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or tier restrictions
• Upload malicious files, malware, or content that violates copyright
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to Vyneron

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you create (tasks, notes, files, messages).
• We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Vyneron is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

• We aim to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We may perform maintenance with or without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vyneron is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service.
• We are not responsible for actions taken by AI features — AI responses are suggestions, not professional advice.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@vyneron.com.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (see our Privacy Policy for details).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
