Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Vyneron. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for paid plans.

1. Pro Plan (Monthly Subscription)

14-day money-back guarantee.

  • If you are not satisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
  • After 14 days, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle — you will not be charged again.

2. Lifetime Plan (One-Time Purchase)

14-day money-back guarantee.

  • You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.
  • After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable, as the plan grants permanent access to all features.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan has no cost and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@vyneron.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Your purchase date

We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via LemonSqueezy.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made after the 14-day guarantee period
  • The account has been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • There is evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)

6. Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your access to Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time, but you will not be charged again.
