Smart Calendar: How Vyneron Handles Holidays in 251 Countries

Vyneron Team·

The Problem with Recurring Tasks

You set a daily reminder: "Send report every Monday." But what happens on public holidays? Most apps don't care — you get reminded on Christmas, New Year's, and every national holiday.

Vyneron is different.

251 Countries, Zero Missed Context

Vyneron's smart calendar knows the public holidays of 251 countries. When you create a recurring task, it automatically:

  • Skips weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Skips public holidays in your country
  • Adjusts to the next business day

How It Works

Setting Up Your Country

Go to Settings → Appearance and select your country. Vyneron loads the holiday calendar instantly.

Creating Smart Routines

When creating a routine, you'll see options:

  • Skip weekends — only remind on business days
  • Skip holidays — automatically detect and skip public holidays

Example

You create: "Monthly report — every 1st of the month"

  • January 1st is New Year's → Vyneron reminds you on January 2nd
  • If January 2nd is also a holiday → moves to January 3rd
  • Weekends are skipped too
